We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer who will be responsible for creation, development and management of processes for data transformation and integration with use of Azure stack (Data Factory, ASQL and Synapse Analytics, Data Bricks). Data Engineer will also work on monitoring, process analysis, performance tuning and cost optimization for new and existing solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, testers and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of various IT projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creation, configuration, implementation and integration of Data Lakes, Data Warehouse or Lake House solutions with use of Azure technologies (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL and Synapse Analytics, Data Bricks)
• Data processing and transformation of large datasets
• Designing and implementing data pipelines, data models and data integration solutions
• Performance tuning and cost optimization
• Building ELT and ETL processes
• Collecting and monitoring performance metrics, tuning performance of processes
• Identifying ways of improving the data quality and efficiency
• Refactoring code for currently existing solutions
• Proposing solution architecture based on cloud solutions
• Partnering with BI teams to define the best approach around data ingestion and data structures

REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• Experience in Microsoft Azure Data ecosystem (i.e. Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL and Synapse Analytics, Data Bricks)
• Experience with data modelling and data integration
• Knowledge in SQL (T-SQL or any other)
• Problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Azure DevOps experience (Repos, Pipelines)
• Good command of both written and spoken English (B2 level)

 Nice to have:

• Experience in Python or Scala programming
• Experience with Snowflake

We are looking for a Business Analyst who has strong experience in conducting analysis of business requirements for BI/reporting solutions and applications implementations. We are looking for someone who will interact with business users to understand their needs and translate them to development team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, define and translate them into actionable insights
• Collecting functional and non-functional requirements from the stakeholders
• Requirements management and prioritization throughout the duration of the project
• Creating mockups of proposed solution for the client
• Cooperating with a team of developers, analytics, project managers
• Supporting the UAT tests
• Writing up Requirements, Design, Interface and Output Documents and ensuring they are delivered on time

REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the IT sector, conducting business analysis, specifying functional and non-functional requirements
• Well experienced in business analysis processes, including product visioning, road mapping, problem statement definition and documentation management
• Experience in full project lifecycle having been involved in system implementation or enhancement projects
• Previous experience in Data / Business Intelligence projects and working in Agile methodology
• Strong content writing and visual communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
• Good organization and time management skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn and further develop
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Good SQL skills and Azure DevOps

 Nice to have:

• Experience with PowerBI and BPMN notation

We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer who has great experience in delivering complex Power BI models and dashboards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing and implementing complex Power BI models (Import, Direct Query and
  Dual)
• Designing and implementing complex, rich in content and controls dashboards and
  reports in Power BI (including UX/UI designs)
• Propose Source objects (Data Marts) data layout and structure to improve reload
  and refresh times
• Using DAX to develop custom logic for metrics, KPIs, and organisation measures
• Analysing, optimising and improving existing BI solutions
• Close cooperation with the business analysts and stakeholders
• Preparing documentation

REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

• At least 2.5 years of experience working with the Power BI platform
• Practical experience working with database systems such as Azure SQL or Synapse
  Analytics, Oracle Db or IBM Db2
• Experience in Data / Business Intelligence projects
• Working in Agile / Scrum methodology

Technical skills:

• Experience in development of complex reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Very good knowledge of DAX
• Experience with BI / DWH / Data Lake and Lakehouse concepts, including data
  modelling
• Good knowledge of any SQL language (T-SQL would be an advantage)
• Experience in redesigning existing Power BI models, as well as UI / UX optimisations
• Experience in performance optimisations (refresh time, smooth UX)
• Experience in design and implementation of ETL / ELT processes and DW structure
  would be an advantage
• Good knowledge and understanding of Power BI Service and Eco-System, including
  setup, administration and tweaks
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure and experience in Microsoft Power platform
  (Power Apps, Power Automate) would be an advantage
